Nadia was incredibly welcoming! When I had arrived she greeted me, my mother, and aunt with open arms - it was almost as if we were seeing a long lost friend! It was great being able to rent an apartment because it allowed us to really experience Paris on another level. The apartment was clean, located right across the street from a grocery store which allowed us to purchase items for breakfast throughout the week and some snacks. In addition, it was great having so much space available to us. The apartment is charming and the neighbors are wonderful. It is also located down the road from several bus stops and a couple blocks away from several train stations. Nadia was attentive throughout the whole week checking in on us to see how we were doing and any issues that we had, she was quick to respond and provide a solution. I've already told her that I plan on coming back next year and hope to stay in the same apartment! September 2016 Connecticut, US

GUNDHEIM/DEUTSCHLAND Oktober 2016

The apartment was wonderful! fantastic location 2 blocks from the Seine and 2 more to Notre Dame, easy walking to all the museums and parks along the river as well as the isle st louis with lots of great, affordable restaurants. Cafe Med! the bed was comfortable and the full height and length mirrors on the closet made it seem bigger and added to the fun. the 3 windows allowed for plenty of light and air and the blackout curtains were effective at blocking the light for late sleeping. pretty quiet (for a big city) 1 way street and the other building tenants were quiet. the 92 stairs up were tough our first day with luggage but were not a big deal otherwise. The kitchen has 2 burner electric cooktop and a microwave but no stove. We made drip coffee everyday (no coffee grinder so buy ground coffee) and the milk steamer on the espresso machine was a nice treat. plenty of nearby grocery stores. The dishwasher was nice to have. although there is no clothes drier we found the heated towel rack left the towels soft and warm for the next use, really nice. Dishwasher, laundry detergent, coffee filters, etc and basic condiments were well stocked. the Sony stereo has a CD player and high quality sound. Wifi worked great. If you travel from outside Europe you will need power adapters for your electrical appliances although the wifi and cable boxes have standard USB ports for charging cell phones which helped alot. 2 different Metro lines within 5 minute walk as well as the 87 bus (which goes from the Eiffel tower directly to a stop 1 block away) and the 67 bus (which goes to Montmartre from the same stop) made it really easy to get around. If...

Beautiful apartment! Nadia was such a great host and was very good with communication. She had someone wait until midnight for us to check in because our flight got in late. It was a perfect place to stay for a quick trip place, and it was very close to the metro station! Thanks Nadia! April 2017, CALIFORNIA-US

I think the cleaning lady had to hurry, so the frigde/kitchen and the floors weren't clean.. The apartment is placed the most wonderful place in Paris. The best spot for shopping, eating good food and feeling a part of Paris. Very autentic! We loved it! We stayed with three children, not small children, in the apartment. It worked..but the apartment was too small for us, but that is no ones fault. Great with a lift in the building!:-) The place is a bit old og worn-out. A part from this, we had a great stay in Paris. The apartment is very cute, sunny and confortable, although small. You feel you are in a movie so Parisian the whole thing is! I could see myself living there. Also, the building and the neighborhood are just perfect!   Brookline, Massachussets April 2015

The beds were very comfortable and the flat was immaculately clean. Nadia communicated very promptly with me and although she was not available when we arrived another host met us and gave us a tour of the place. The flat is in an excellent neighborhood in Paris and is very close to so many of Paris's main attractions. The only downside of this flat was that it was quite noisy at night because it is on a very lively street. Loved the location and the design of the flat. And the great pull out couch! It might be good to have a fan for people to use in the summer. I would definitely recommend this flat - is one of the most comfortable ones I have stayed in. Thanks Nadia! Perfect for the Paris experience!  We enjoyed this lovely apartment so much! You just can't beat the price, location, and space!  Nadia and Tony were an incredible help during our stay, and offered us all of the amenities that we needed!  Being from the states, it's always a worry that we'll miss our usual comforts from home, and here I didn't miss a thing!  We stayed 4 nights in June, and the weather was so cool that we never needed an air conditioner at all, we even had to turn the heater on one night.  This building was made like the old castles, the windows are situated perfectly for the best natural air conditioning.  After a 2 week trip in the middle east and Europe, it was wonderful to wash all of the laundry, and using the hanging rack to dry was a neat experience. We were worried about the stairs, and like the other reviews, it's true- it wasn't a problem at all!  The street is very quiet, but the 2 adjacent streets are hopping all day and night, and it stays pretty quiet upstairs.  The space was really big for Paris with a comfortable bed and a lot of closet space; it was just enough room for me, my husband, and our 13 year old daughter.  There's a small market right downstairs to buy fresh food and drinks for the kitchen.  I loved the books, and getting up early to walk the Latin Quarter for a little shopping was my favorite part!  It is a very safe neighborhood, I always felt comfortable walking by myself.  The small balcony was delightful for morning coffee, and watching the students arrive to school in the mornings.  There are fantastic cafes and eateries on every corner here, and even a great "American...
