Vi sentirete come a casa vostra! Cosa state aspettando, preparate le valigie!

The apartment was very good. The location is convenient: metro is 2 minutes away, many bakeries around, as well as shopping. The quarter is calm. If you are in Paris for a short period, you would't loose you time, going from somewhere to the sightseeings. It is already the heart of Paris. Moreover, if you want to stay in authentic...

If you are in Paris for a short period, you would't loose you time, going from somewhere to the sightseeings. It is already the heart of Paris. Moreover, if you want to stay in authentic french apartment, this is the right place. The apartment has two rooms. For Paris, it is big, especially for the city-center. Inside the apartment were all necessary things that the travellers need: bed-clothes, towels, soap etc. There were even a bottle of vine in the fridge! Nadia was nice and helpful host. She answered very quick to the mails and to all possible questions you have in mind. We definitely recommend this apartment! Karlsruhe, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany, September 2013

My girlfriend and I both instantly fell in love with the apartment, it is even nicer in person compared to the pictures. We also started to appreciate the location after visiting other areas as it is really central and lively. The host was really accessible and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall great experience! New York, September 2017

Perfect for the Paris experience!  We enjoyed this lovely apartment so much! You just can't beat the price, location, and space!  Nadia and Tony were an incredible help during our stay, and offered us all of the amenities that we needed!  Being from the states, it's always a worry that we'll miss our usual comforts from home, and here I didn't miss a thing!  We stayed 4 nights in June, and the weather was so cool that we never needed an air conditioner at all, we even had to turn the heater on one night.  This building was made like the old castles, the windows are situated perfectly for the best natural air conditioning.  After a 2 week trip in the middle east and Europe, it was wonderful to wash all of the laundry, and using the hanging rack to dry was a neat experience. We were worried about the stairs, and like the other reviews, it's true- it wasn't a problem at all!  The street is very quiet, but the 2 adjacent streets are hopping all day and night, and it stays pretty quiet upstairs.  The space was really big for Paris with a comfortable bed and a lot of closet space; it was just enough room for me, my husband, and our 13 year old daughter.  There's a small market right downstairs to buy fresh food and drinks for the kitchen.  I loved the books, and getting up early to walk the Latin Quarter for a little shopping was my favorite part!  It is a very safe neighborhood, I always felt comfortable walking by myself.  The small balcony was delightful for morning coffee, and watching the students arrive to school in the mornings.  There are fantastic cafes and eateries on every corner here, and even a great "American...

The apartment was clean and had all the amenities that we were looking for. There's free wifi which works really well and the apartment was clean when we received it. I guess Paris is an expensive city. I was expecting something much larger. Since I was traveling with my mom, I wanted it to be uber comfortable and relaxing. This is a good place if you are not planning to spend any time in the apartment. The bedroom is really just a loft space and the bathroom is alongside the kitchen and not in the bed area. I was hoping for something just a bit more spacious for the rate. The shower area could use a separator of some sorts because water does flow out to the basin and toilette area which can be frustrating and hard to keep the place dry. I can't forget to mention that the apartment is in a fantastic area in the 5th arrondissement and super close to the Metro - Jussieu. There's a great Cafe (St Victor) just footsteps from the apartment and also the famous Boulangerie - Eric Kayser is a couple blocks away on Rue Monge. We loved the area and loved walking around there. It's safe and convenient. San Mateo, California, United States
