Vi sentirete come a casa vostra! Cosa state aspettando, preparate le valigie!

This apt was great. Very clean, and close to the metro, notre dame, and a great gastro area. It's cosy, but we had ample space. Made use of the washer a few times as we were mid trip, and that was good too. The balcony was a really nice adder, along with the bottle of wine awaiting our on arrival....

Communication was great, and although we didn't meet Nadia, Tony was waiting for us on arrival. Yes, stairs, but that's mentioned clearly. Would definitely recommend this spot in Paris, and would certainly stay here again. Brad Bower, Calgary, CANADA, stay April 2016

The surrounding of the apartment is very quite. And the location is quite amazing cuz it takes little time to walk to the Champs Elysees and the entrances of metro line 1. We enjoyed the time living there. BTW, the actual looking of the apartment is much better than in the photos. January 2014 Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China

Sweet apartment at Marais, heart of Paris. Unadulterated old European charm, last floor up a curvy staircase, authentic Parisian style. If you want to get the ultimate Parisian experience from within, not flashy but very much real - this is the place to go. Sweet apartment at Marais, heart of Paris. Unadulterated old European charm, last floor up a curvy staircase, authentic Parisian style. If you want to get the ultimate Parisian experience from within, not flashy but very much real - this is the place to go. Nadia was extremely helpful at all the stages of the trip, even before we set foot on French soil. She was responding to our emails and inquiries usually within one hour or less, very accessible! Eliane, the apartment owner who stayed next door, was also very available, helpful and open to share. Both know perfect English (not a given in France), which makes communication a breeze. Fridge is small and ancient but works well, and all the appliances are in perfect working order. WiFi is there and it's working. If you love philosophy and history and Latin, and you read French, Eliane has plenty of those books on her shelves. Bottom line:  Like that croissant out of a stove just few minutes ago in a coffee shop at the corner down the street, go for this delicious, tender, warm, unassuming and madly romantic taste of real France! Looking forward to visiting Nadia's place again! Jerusalem, Israel , August 2011

All-in-all we've enjoyed the stay. The flat is a bit smaller than we expected, but still enough for a couple. It's not like anyone comes to Paris to stay at home, right? The location is perfect - mild "tourist" life starts on the next street. It's also a walking distance from Notre Dame and all the sights near the Islands. If you're not fond of walking - the Metro station is about 5 minutes walk from the place. The flat is quite cozy. There's hot water all the time (having read some comments before, I assume that it's a problem in Paris) and the heater works like a marvel - perfect for those, who come during cold weather. Also, a big, cute and exceptionally friendly cat lives in the house. It's very pleasant to meet him on the staircase sometimes and pet for a while. A positive addition to the overall comfort. There were no problems with moving in or out. Nadia and her assistant helped us with everything. October 2015 Kiev, Ukraine

Apartment very nice and consistent with the description. Very quiet room overlooking a courtyard, noisy stay the night as facing the street, but we're in Paris and this is normal ... apartment very clean and healthy. Good welcome and very good follow for arrival and departure. Daniel on July 2015, ATLANTA

Kitchen a bit small for those who may want to cook but this didn't bother us as we ate out. No washer so if you're staying longer keep this in mind. Laundromats available in the area though. No television either. Floor boards creak and in parts paint etc chipped off nothing major. Beds were comfortable and in all we had a great stay. Location unbeatable and metro close by. The flat was very nice, furnished and equipped with love for the detail, very clean and quietly situated to the courtyard. Everything you need is here. It is located in a realy lovely area, very near to two Metro-stations, with many shops (small and good supermarkets, bakers etc....), Bistro´s, a very famous creperie and the beautiful Musee Picasso. It was a wonderfull stay in Paris - felt quite at home after short time. We got and gave back the keys at a time when we needed. Would stay here again! We highly recommend her place!
