The location is about five minutes walking to the metro which is ideal ,and there a few nice Chinese restaurants and pizza places nearby, as well as a supermarket across the road. We didn't actually meet Nadia, but she was very helpful and easy to contact via email or text. She sent Giuli to assist us on our arrival who was prompt and helpful. I would happily consider staying at this apartment again should I wish to stay in Paris, as it is ideal for 2-4 people and has all necessary accessories. SHERCOCK IRELAND-JUNE 2016

All-in-all we've enjoyed the stay. The flat is a bit smaller than we expected, but still enough for a couple. It's not like anyone comes to Paris to stay at home, right? The location is perfect - mild "tourist" life starts on the next street. It's also a walking distance from Notre Dame and all the sights near the Islands. If you're not fond of walking - the Metro station is about 5 minutes walk from the place. The flat is quite cozy. There's hot water all the time (having read some comments before, I assume that it's a problem in Paris) and the heater works like a marvel - perfect for those, who come during cold weather. Also, a big, cute and exceptionally friendly cat lives in the house. It's very pleasant to meet him on the staircase sometimes and pet for a while. A positive addition to the overall comfort. There were no problems with moving in or out. Nadia and her assistant helped us with everything. October 2015 Kiev, Ukraine

Apartment very nice and consistent with the description. Very quiet room overlooking a courtyard, noisy stay the night as facing the street, but we're in Paris and this is normal ... apartment very clean and healthy. Good welcome and very good follow for arrival and departure. Daniel on July 2015, ATLANTA

The building is in a great location a few blocks from the center of Champs Élysées and close to Metro, bus and Rails. We took a cab for $35 Euros to the apartment. This was the most direct mode. The apartment was as pictured and very spacious for French standards. It had a shower and bath with good hot water. It was nice having a family room with a pullout couch and TV with American channels. Since I was traveling with my mother, I slept on the sofa bed so she had a private room . The kitchen had a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and oven. Ideal if you have a family or want to eat in sometimes. Also a hotpot and coffee maker. There was several cafes, pastry shops and restaurants as well as a Starbucks within short walking distance. You can walk or take the metro to all the major sites and districts. Versailles was a 30 min train ride. The apartment and furnishings were fine but the rug and the comforter on the bed could use a cleaning. Returning the key when leaving was a breeze as the door locks itself so we just left the key on the counter and went on our way. The apartment was in a great neighborhood but still had a code to for the entryway than a key to the building door and to the apartment door so we felt very safe. also being only one flight up it was good since we had bad knees. The apartment was in the rear so you didn't hear any street noise and it faced s cute courtyard. Since we went in Mid May the weather was in the low to mid 70's so we didn't miss air conditioning. This huge first time I would...

The flat was very nice, furnished and equipped with love for the detail, very clean and quietly situated to the courtyard. Everything you need is here. It is located in a realy lovely area, very near to two Metro-stations, with many shops (small and good supermarkets, bakers etc....), Bistro´s, a very famous creperie and the beautiful Musee Picasso. It was a wonderfull stay in Paris - felt quite at home after short time. We got and gave back the keys at a time when we needed. Would stay here again! We highly recommend her place!
