Paris, we discovered, is full of hidden treasures and this place is no exception. There is a basement with aquariums full of fish from all over the world close by! The apartment is comfortable and clean and everything you could wish for. Nadia (albeit we did not meet her) answered every question promptly and made sure we were comfortable, A nice bottle of wine, fruit juice and beers were in the fridge waiting for us when we arrived. Sitting on the terrace "enjoying" the moment and pondering our days activities was a wonderful way to spend a few hours every day. We cannot speak highly enough of this apartment - it made Paris our home for the week. Thank you Nadia. Brisbane, Queensland, Australia , March 2013

Nadia was very helpful, supportive and flexible during the booking process. Despite some email misses, which were my fault, she confirmed all details and was proactive in making sure all of our questions were answered. Nadia was not able to meet us at the apartment, but ensured that we had a contact to hand over the keys, orient us to the property, give us some good advice about the neighbourhood to make us feel welcome. The apartment itself was lovely, perfect for the 3 of us - and we really valued the terrace especially for the early morning coffee & croissants in the sun - and the solarium for the evenings when it was just a bit windy. The neighbourhood was lovely and quiet at night - and very close to the Metro for us to explore to our hearts content. We had a lovely time and were pleasantly surprised to find the Promenade Plantee - a unique gem - and one of the oldest Markets in Paris (so that also means fantastic restaurants) was close (within walking distance) to the apartment. We would seek this apartment out when back in Paris, and fully recommend this listing to others. Thank you Nadia! The outdoor space was amazing, the apartment had lovely light and very good airflow (the bedrooms all had doors that opened onto a small balcony). The hosts were thoughtful about the small details that made a huge difference to travelers for example Nespresso for the morning. The apartment is in a lovely neighbourhood with good amenities (shops, bakeries, markets, pharmacies) and was so quiet that we could hear the doves cooing in the morning.Nadia was wonderful to us, initially we were double booked and she allowed us to cancel, and made sure we knew the costs and how to...

After a genial and practical introduction we soon settled into the cosy, quiet, and well light flat. After a genial and practical introduction we soon settled into the cosy, quiet, and well light flat. Although small it is well fitted out with everything you need, except maybe an oven for warming up the croissants. It would be perfect for two, however, it was also fine even with our two small children, as the sofa bed is a decent size. For early morning shopping we recommend you use the City Carrefour on the other side of the nearby crossroads as the nearby supermarket doesn't open until 10 am. Just up from the Carrefour is also a good patisserie. The location is good for kids as it is roughly between the Luxembourg Park and the Natural History Museum. Overall you can't go wrong with this flat. Highly recommended! APRIL 2016-HELSINKY/FINLAND

It is within 2 minutes walk from the Metro station Cardinal Lemoine and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby, and a supermarket located around the corner. Whilst the apartment is rather small it quite suited our needs as we were out and about for most of each day. Would definitely request this apartment for future visits to Paris.
