Our first experience with Nadia Bolino was amazing!!!  She was in contact with us from the time our plane landed via text to make sure we could find the apartment.  When we got to the apartment we were greeted by the owner of the flat with the key answering any questions we may have had.  The apartment was very neat and clean and plenty of space for our family of 4.  The location was fantastic with only a 5 min walk to the famous champs de Elysees and the metro was just around the corner.  I highly recommend this flat and Nadia as a host. Nadia was very helpful, supportive and flexible during the booking process. Despite some email misses, which were my fault, she confirmed all details and was proactive in making sure all of our questions were answered. Nadia was not able to meet us at the apartment, but ensured that we had a contact to hand over the keys, orient us to the property, give us some good advice about the neighbourhood to make us feel welcome. The apartment itself was lovely, perfect for the 3 of us - and we really valued the terrace especially for the early morning coffee & croissants in the sun - and the solarium for the evenings when it was just a bit windy. The neighbourhood was lovely and quiet at night - and very close to the Metro for us to explore to our hearts content. We had a lovely time and were pleasantly surprised to find the Promenade Plantee - a unique gem - and one of the oldest Markets in Paris (so that also means fantastic restaurants) was close (within walking distance) to the apartment. We would seek this apartment out when back in Paris, and fully recommend this listing to others. Thank you Nadia! The outdoor space was amazing, the apartment had lovely light and very good airflow (the bedrooms all had doors that opened onto a small balcony). The hosts were thoughtful about the small details that made a huge difference to travelers for example Nespresso for the morning. The apartment is in a lovely neighbourhood with good amenities (shops, bakeries, markets, pharmacies) and was so quiet that we could hear the doves cooing in the morning.Nadia was wonderful to us, initially we were double booked and she allowed us to cancel, and made sure we knew the costs and how to...

And the nearby Jardine de Plantes is just about 5 minute walk, where you can spend fabulous times with the entire family members. Supermarkets and local restaurants are just seconds away.. The owner is very nice and helpful, we even got very good tips on where to spend beautiful and meaningful times in Paris and its other outer skirt places of interests. I would recommend this place for everyone and especially so if you like to wonder around the River Seine. Enjoy your time everyone...." Januar y. New York , March 2012
