It was very very clean and the bathroom was very nice and modern. I loved that we each had our own beds which were comfortable with nice bedding. The neighborhood was great with nearby metro, shopping, bakeries etc. And walking distance to the Eiffle Tower. Our trip was perfect and we would definitely recommend!! Thanks Nadia and Jaqueline!! The building is in a great location a few blocks from the center of Champs Élysées and close to Metro, bus and Rails. We took a cab for $35 Euros to the apartment. This was the most direct mode. The apartment was as pictured and very spacious for French standards. It had a shower and bath with good hot water. It was nice having a family room with a pullout couch and TV with American channels. Since I was traveling with my mother, I slept on the sofa bed so she had a private room . The kitchen had a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and oven. Ideal if you have a family or want to eat in sometimes. Also a hotpot and coffee maker. There was several cafes, pastry shops and restaurants as well as a Starbucks within short walking distance. You can walk or take the metro to all the major sites and districts. Versailles was a 30 min train ride. The apartment and furnishings were fine but the rug and the comforter on the bed could use a cleaning. Returning the key when leaving was a breeze as the door locks itself so we just left the key on the counter and went on our way. The apartment was in a great neighborhood but still had a code to for the entryway than a key to the building door and to the apartment door so we felt very safe. also being only one flight up it was good since we had bad knees. The apartment was in the rear so you didn't hear any street noise and it faced s cute courtyard. Since we went in Mid May the weather was in the low to mid 70's so we didn't miss air conditioning. This huge first time I would...

We had a wonderful time in this sunny penthouse apartment. Nadia was helpful and responsive to all my questions, both before our trip and once we were in Paris. The apartment is very nicely equipped and charmingly decorated, with plenty of personal touches that would not be possible in a hotel. The light filled greenhouse-like dining room made the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, and plan our day, while watching the clouds come and go overhead. The kitchen is small but filled with anything you might need to make a meal and it comes equipped with a nifty European clothes washer/dryer - that, once you align the dial properly, both washes and drys your clothes in a single appliance. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. While the bath was very nice, all lined in marble, with a separate loo for the toilet and an additional tiny sink, this came in quite handy since there were five adults in our group. The one drawback was the sofa bed, which is not comfortable as a bed or as a sofa - it's too soft seat cushions unfold to make a very soft bed mattress directly on the (hard) floor. There is a sort plank across the front the sofa at the floor level that made it quite uncomfortable to sleep with your head towards the back of the sofa, sleeping with your head at the foot of this "bed" was better, but not great. Otherwise the salon was a really pleasant room, filled with books and magazines, as well as a TV - where we gathered each evening to discuss our options for the next day. We did have one glitch in that the toilet started to leak after a few days, but this problem was handled in the nicest way -...

We were greeted by Tony, he was responsive to our needs and helpful in orientating us. The balcony is awesome, you have a roof-line view of the area and Pantheon. It is a walk up of 6 flights - but not really an issue. You are close to 2 Metro stations, a stone's throw from the Isle St. Louis/Notre Dame/Marais and a 10 min walk to Jardin Luxembourg. There are plenty of cafes and small grocers (open really late!) One suggestion upon arriving from CDG: take the RER - an easy hop on from the airport to St. Michel station. This brings you to (website hidden) Germain - take the 10 min walk and start (or end) your Parisian experience with the charm of The Blvd. This was pointed out by Tony when we left - it saves you a bunch of $$ on a taxi and you don't have to deal with Metro stairs on transferring. I would stay here again - longer. Merci Nadia et Tony! Greg/January 2015/LOS ANGELES-CALIFORNIA
