A lovely apartment right in the middle of one of the best districts in Paris. The Subway is just a few steps away and it connects the entire city, so getting around is incredibly easy. If you want to walk to see the sights, its 15 minutes to the Eiffel Tower, 15 minutes to Notre Dame and the Louvre, 20 minutes to the Latin Quarter and about the same to Montmartre. The apartment itself is perfect for two. It's slightly off the street and the windows face the courtyard so its incredibly peaceful and quiet at night. The kitchen is fully functional, we were able to cook quite a bit. There's also a washing machine (although no dryer) which cuts down on the amount of clothes you need to bring. The internet is fast and reliable. All in all, a charming place with the best possible location. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Paris!   June 2015, Houston

We very much enjoyed our stay in Nadia's apartment. Great location and quite spacious! The apartment is a bit on the old side causing a bit of a dusty smell, but all in all the apartment was clean. Please note that one bathroom currently is out of order. A late arrival was no problem as Nadia managed to arrange someone to wait for us. Expect to be paying a small taxi fee home for this person. The Hague, South Holland, The Netherland, October 2013

This apartment is located in a nice area of Paris, there are a few bars and a supermarket near it. Walk through Notre-Dame will take 15 minutes. The apartment is quite small and will be comfortable for up to two people. It has good heating system that is important for traveling in winter. But it has no windows except on the ceiling and I could not open them for fresh air. Gonzalo was away during our stay, so we were met by his friend Massimo, a very pleasant person. In general, I am satisfied with my stay in this apartment January 2014 Moscow, Moscow, Russian Federation

It is almost unanimous that the apartment is charming and spacious, and I'm delighted to add my voice to the mix. Two bedrooms is a wonderful size, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the terrace is all that it looks like in the pictures. There are few better things in this world than sitting on a terrace in Paris drinking a glass of red wine! The 12th is not a famous area, but it is full of cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and parks. Transit is very close and easy. We had a toddler, so we were excited by the Bois de Vincennes nearby -- and it is a marvellous park. We found three playgrounds in quick walking distance, and likely could have found more if we needed. It is a very child friendly area. For those who have decided to take this lovely apartment, I would give a word of advice: make sure to get the exterior apartment code from Nadia before leaving. I asked a number of times, but never got this important code -- which meant having to wait on the street for a stranger to take pity and let me in. Also, be very clear in advance about your special needs. We didn't bring our stroller or portable crib because we were told these things would be in the apartment. The crib arrived in the afternoon, but the stroller didn't show up for three days. I attribute this to a communication difficulty between Nadia (property manager) and Jeanne (property owner). Just make sure that your needs are clearly articulated and confirm before you leave. Once we had what we needed, though, we couldn't have been happier anywhere in the city. We would love to return to this apartment in the future. Moral of the story: Paris is amazing...

Nadia and Tony were easy to communicate with, in e mail and on the phone, and they English very well. They accommodated some special requests we had based on our specific travel agenda. We were personally welcomed to the apartment, and shown all the particulars. The apartment had everything you might need, and was as nice, spacious, bright, and airy as we imagined. It is perfectly located for exploring Paris on foot, or by subway. The local community is also lively and has all the shops, grocery, and restaurants when you just want to stay local. We found the bed to be very comfortable and the bathroom and shower relatively spacious with good water pressure and temp. All in all we had a great time and highly recommend this accommodation. For us it was our first visit to Paris and our fifth wedding anniversary and we just loved it. Thanks Nadia and Tony for a great visit!!! Ralf and Arisleyda   STAMFORD/CONNECTICUT/US-JUNE 2015
