f i can, i would keep this gem to myself. All the good reviews about this apartment are true and probably better. We (2pax) stayed in this apartment for 10 nights (during the winter) and let me share with you why this place rocks. 1. This place has a living area, a small kitchen and a proper bed room. For 2-3 pax, it is the perfect balance of space/coziness. 2. There is a small balcony with a view of the pantheon. For smokers, its a welcomed spot to have a puff, breathe some fresh air, enjoy the view without smoking out the place. 3. Strong and stable wifi connection. For travelers, we are know just how important this is. 4. Steady and consistent flow of hot water in the shower. Its a life-saver during winter. 5. Simple but functional kitchen for cooking a few easy dishes / microwave food. A coffee machine if you know how to operate it. 6. Tasteful deco and a book shelf of good (website hidden) with lots of channels. Both in the living room and a small one in the bedroom. 8. Safe and quiet place (esp. at night when you need the much-deserved rest). 9. A short 5mins walk to either Cardinal Lemoine or Jussieu station with many cafe, restaurants, boulangeries around. A franprix and carrefour supermarket is also around the corner. 10. Last and most importantly, Nadia and tony are great hosts. We felt bad for Nadia carrying one of our luggage up 5 levels. Thanks so much for making our stay a very memorable one. SEB, HONG KONG-December 2014,

This apartment was recommended to me by a friend who previously stayed here. It did not disappoint! Great location, close to bars and shops, the Paris sights were easy to get to. Inside the place is cosy and perfect for me and my partner to stay as a couple. Would definitely come again! August 2015, LONDON, UJ

At the last minute I decided to visit Paris, and the night before leaving I contacted Nadia, hoping to rent this flat. The flat was going to have some maintenance work done on it, so Nadia very quickly arranged another flat, very close by, also with a view to the Eiffel Tower. Throughout the 4 day stay, Nadia was incredibly helpful - the flat was so homely and sweet that I extended the visit by 2 days. Although this review is not of this flat directly, I can only say that if you are dealing with Nadia, she is great, and I'm sure this property will also be to a very nice standard. - Anthony Dann Northcote, Victoria, Australia, September 2012

We've spent wonderful week in Nadia's appartment. The communication with Nadia was pleasant: she answered the mails immediately, the check-in and check-out went smothly. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, plenty of hot water, good wifi. It's in very interesting historic building ( 17th century I think) on quiet street. In close proximity you find a lot of cafes (Mouffetard street), good bakery (Contrescarpe place) and supermarket (Lacepede street). And about location - it's unbelievable, you are in heart of Paris. Short walks bring you to Seine, Notre-Dame, Cluny, Jardin de Luxembourg, Jardin de Plants. I heartially recommend this apartment and hope to return. Jérusalem, Irina Difour, MAY 2015

Nadia was incredibly welcoming! When I had arrived she greeted me, my mother, and aunt with open arms - it was almost as if we were seeing a long lost friend! It was great being able to rent an apartment because it allowed us to really experience Paris on another level. The apartment was clean, located right across the street from a grocery store which allowed us to purchase items for breakfast throughout the week and some snacks. In addition, it was great having so much space available to us. The apartment is charming and the neighbors are wonderful. It is also located down the road from several bus stops and a couple blocks away from several train stations. Nadia was attentive throughout the whole week checking in on us to see how we were doing and any issues that we had, she was quick to respond and provide a solution. I've already told her that I plan on coming back next year and hope to stay in the same apartment! September 2016 Connecticut, US

We were shown a room that was indeed cute (i.e. tiny), but was stocked with everything we might have needed in the way of dry goods. We were shown a room that was indeed cute (i.e. tiny), but was stocked with everything we might have needed in the way of dry goods. Since we weren't going to be spending much time there, it didn't need to be anything more than a place to sleep, shower and eat the occasional meal. It served that purpose admirably. It was within 5 minutes of anything we might have needed. There was a clothes washer (no dryer though, but there was a laundromat within walking distance), a dishwasher, a toaster oven/broiler, a drip coffee maker, and a kettle, plus a two-burner countertop stove, and a little fridge. They even provided a blow dryer in the little bathroom. Just remember to bring your own toiletries (i.e. shampoo & conditioner, etc.) as those are not provided. The owner bent over backwards to accomodate our needs and even stored our luggage in her home for a few hours as there was going to be a gap in time between our leaving Paris and the new tennant taking over the flat and we didn't want to have to carry our luggage around with us for that whole time. She was absolutely wonderful about everything. I highly recommend this flat. I can't say enough good things about it. Mississauga, Ontario, Canada May 2014,
