Everything was perfect for our stay in Paris. We loved everything about the apartment. Hopefully it will not be too long before we are back in Paris! Location, building and furnishings were all above our expectations. Nothing needs to be improved Andy and Stephan MAROUBRA, AUSTRALIA, January 2017

We were very happy in this delightful little flat. It was comfortable and was provided with everything one could possibly need, without being ostentatious- in other words, it was as 'authentic' a Parisien experience in the best sort of way that it could be. Also the situation was perfect - a nice quiet street, but just round the corner, and within easy walking distance, from all the interesting places in the Marais and down to the Seine.... I would definitely return here next time.   kaitie, AUSTIN, SEPTEMBER 2014

We had a wonderful time in this sunny penthouse apartment. Nadia was helpful and responsive to all my questions, both before our trip and once we were in Paris. The apartment is very nicely equipped and charmingly decorated, with plenty of personal touches that would not be possible in a hotel. The light filled greenhouse-like dining room made the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, and plan our day, while watching the clouds come and go overhead. The kitchen is small but filled with anything you might need to make a meal and it comes equipped with a nifty European clothes washer/dryer - that, once you align the dial properly, both washes and drys your clothes in a single appliance. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. While the bath was very nice, all lined in marble, with a separate loo for the toilet and an additional tiny sink, this came in quite handy since there were five adults in our group. The one drawback was the sofa bed, which is not comfortable as a bed or as a sofa - it's too soft seat cushions unfold to make a very soft bed mattress directly on the (hard) floor. There is a sort plank across the front the sofa at the floor level that made it quite uncomfortable to sleep with your head towards the back of the sofa, sleeping with your head at the foot of this "bed" was better, but not great. Otherwise the salon was a really pleasant room, filled with books and magazines, as well as a TV - where we gathered each evening to discuss our options for the next day. We did have one glitch in that the toilet started to leak after a few days, but this problem was handled in the nicest way -...

We were a family of 5 staying in ‘The Artist’ for my father’s 70th birthday with three adults and two teenagers. Although not spacious for five persons -in particular the kitchen- it was perfectly useable and had everything we needed including a sieve for pasta and egg timer for eggs in the morning! It was a great central location allowing us to access the museums Picasso, Pompado, Louvre, Orangie, Notre Dame and D’Orsay by foot within our four days, saving us money on metro costs. The décor is shabby chic and so don’t expect immaculate, but compared to other flats viewed it was very good value for money. The photos viewed online were exactly as it appeared in reality. The electricity meter made a few regular whirring noises so good to take earplugs if you are a light sleeper, but otherwise a pleasant, quiet neighbourhood. The greeter was very helpful and welcoming, speaking fluent English which was a relief for me. The lift worked without a problem which was also a relief after walking around the city. My deposit was returned quickly and without quibble. I will stay here again if I have the chance to visit that beautiful city again. We had a great stay! Thank you ParisFlatList. I would definitely love to stay here again! SAN DIEGO-CALIFORNIA , SEPTEMBER 2016

Myself and three friends travelled from Ireland to watch our team play in Euro 2016 against Sweden. We had a fantastic time in Paris and had wonderful experience in Nadia;s apartment. The location is about five minutes walking to the metro which is ideal ,and there a few nice Chinese restaurants and pizza places nearby, as well as a supermarket across the road. We didn't actually meet Nadia, but she was very helpful and easy to contact via email or text. She sent Giuli to assist us on our arrival who was prompt and helpful. I would happily consider staying at this apartment again should I wish to stay in Paris, as it is ideal for 2-4 people and has all necessary accessories. SHERCOCK IRELAND-JUNE 2016
