Flat was comfortable if typical French quirky. Poor lighting for reading, dodgy hand-held shower and lack of comfortable armchair for a tall person. Otherwise, everything about the flat was great. The owner was really helpful at all stages of the process. One incorrect entry information caused no problem, fortunately, and was quickly rectified. A great, trendy place to stay in Paris.   October 2015, MONA VALE/AUSTRALIA

After a genial and practical introduction we soon settled into the cosy, quiet, and well light flat. Although small it is well fitted out with everything you need, except maybe an oven for warming up the croissants. It would be perfect for two, however, it was also fine even with our two small children, as the sofa bed is a decent size. For early morning shopping we recommend you use the City Carrefour on the other side of the nearby crossroads as the nearby supermarket doesn't open until 10 am. Just up from the Carrefour is also a good patisserie. The location is good for kids as it is roughly between the Luxembourg Park and the Natural History Museum. Overall you can't go wrong with this flat. Highly recommended! APRIL 2016-HELSINKY/FINLAND

We were shown a room that was indeed cute (i.e. tiny), but was stocked with everything we might have needed in the way of dry goods. Since we weren't going to be spending much time there, it didn't need to be anything more than a place to sleep, shower and eat the occasional meal. It served that purpose admirably. It was within 5 minutes of anything we might have needed. There was a clothes washer (no dryer though, but there was a laundromat within walking distance), a dishwasher, a toaster oven/broiler, a drip coffee maker, and a kettle, plus a two-burner countertop stove, and a little fridge. They even provided a blow dryer in the little bathroom. Just remember to bring your own toiletries (i.e. shampoo & conditioner, etc.) as those are not provided. The owner bent over backwards to accomodate our needs and even stored our luggage in her home for a few hours as there was going to be a gap in time between our leaving Paris and the new tennant taking over the flat and we didn't want to have to carry our luggage around with us for that whole time. She was absolutely wonderful about everything. I highly recommend this flat. I can't say enough good things about it. Mississauga, Ontario, Canada May 2014,

Our stay at the studio apartment was fantastic. The room was super clean and exactly what was described. Nadia even arranged for our bags to be watched after we checked out, so we could enjoy our last day of vacation before our late flight. The location of this apartment is amazing if you are looking to see all the sites of Paris. There is a Metro stop around the corner that can get you any where in the city and the Eiffel Tower is a short walk (right based some great breakfast places). I would highly recommend this apartment and working with Nadia. Thanks so much for making our first trip to Paris so memorable! Ann Arbor, Michigan, United States, March 2013

I think the cleaning lady had to hurry, so the frigde/kitchen and the floors weren't clean.. The apartment is placed the most wonderful place in Paris. The best spot for shopping, eating good food and feeling a part of Paris. Very autentic! We loved it! We stayed with three children, not small children, in the apartment. It worked..but the apartment was too small for us, but that is no ones fault. Great with a lift in the building!:-) The place is a bit old og worn-out. A part from this, we had a great stay in Paris.
