Vi sentirete come a casa vostra! Cosa state aspettando, preparate le valigie!

The apartment was very well located right next to a couple metro and bus stops.  The washing machine had a little trouble for us but I assume the owner will have taken care of that by now. The shower has some weird black spots in the grout that make it seem not super clean. It did feel very secure though as advertised. Kitchen had everything we needed and it was a good place for a short stay to be able to see all the popular sights.   May 2015, COLORADO, US

We very much enjoyed our stay in Nadia's apartment. Great location and quite spacious! The apartment is a bit on the old side causing a bit of a dusty smell, but all in all the apartment was clean. Please note that one bathroom currently is out of order. A late arrival was no problem as Nadia managed to arrange someone to wait for us. Expect to be paying a small taxi fee home for this person. The Hague, South Holland, The Netherland, October 2013

This apt. in the Latin Quarter was wonderful. It heightened our Paris experience with its charm and location - one could not ask for more - we stayed a week. We were greeted by Tony, he was responsive to our needs and helpful in orientating us. The balcony is awesome, you have a roof-line view of the area and Pantheon. It is a walk up of 6 flights - but not really an issue. You are close to 2 Metro stations, a stone's throw from the Isle St. Louis/Notre Dame/Marais and a 10 min walk to Jardin Luxembourg. There are plenty of cafes and small grocers (open really late!) One suggestion upon arriving from CDG: take the RER - an easy hop on from the airport to St. Michel station. This brings you to (website hidden) Germain - take the 10 min walk and start (or end) your Parisian experience with the charm of The Blvd. This was pointed out by Tony when we left - it saves you a bunch of $$ on a taxi and you don't have to deal with Metro stairs on transferring. I would stay here again - longer. Merci Nadia et Tony! Greg/January 2015/LOS ANGELES-CALIFORNIA

The metro station is close , from which you are anywhere fast. The apartment is big enough for four adults. The kitchen is good equipped but some scratched containers need to be replaced. Pull-out sofa is  comfortable. We had a really good time so that the apartment is definitely worth the money we paid. Nadia did not meet us in person but we received many of her help over the phone.
