The apartment is close to a beautiful park. Unfortunately the door of the apartment is not marked, so we had quite a few problems before we found it. The metro station is close , from which you are anywhere fast. The apartment is big enough for four adults. The kitchen is good equipped but some scratched containers need to be replaced. Pull-out sofa is  comfortable. We had a really good time so that the apartment is definitely worth the money we paid. Nadia did not meet us in person but we received many of her help over the phone. We stayed for 4 nights in this nice apartment, for a really good price and in the centre of Paris! We really enjoyed staying in this apartment and we were very happy that we had the opportunity to meet the owner who is very friendly, helpful and kind. The apartment is clean and very comfortable and it looks just like on the pictures except for the new sofa bed. Our daughter enjoyed sleeping on that new sofa in the leaving room. And the bed in the sleeping room was very comfortable too. The bathroom is small and simple but nice and clean and the toilette is separated from the bathroom. Even though it is a small apartment it could accommodate 4 people without a problem. The kitchen is small but it has everything you need. It is situated in a nice peaceful street, 5 minutes away from Metro and bus station and 5 minutes away form the beautiful Rue Mouffetard and Place della Contrescarpe with many restaurants and coffee shops. The nearest bakery and supermarket are also very near (in rue Lacepade and Monge, just around the corner)". Astrid L. (Croatie) - May 2013

At the last minute I decided to visit Paris, and the night before leaving I contacted Nadia, hoping to rent this flat. The flat was going to have some maintenance work done on it, so Nadia very quickly arranged another flat, very close by, also with a view to the Eiffel Tower. Throughout the 4 day stay, Nadia was incredibly helpful - the flat was so homely and sweet that I extended the visit by 2 days. Although this review is not of this flat directly, I can only say that if you are dealing with Nadia, she is great, and I'm sure this property will also be to a very nice standard. - Anthony Dann Northcote, Victoria, Australia, September 2012
